"I started my professional, industrual career at Carl Zeiss SMT in 2018. The onboarding events were great and I experienced a warm welcome in the team. My supervisors really honered my work and soon I recieved more possiblities and responsibilities within larger and more complex projects, as I wished. The decisions regarding my further development were always discussed with me, I had the chance to actively lead my own path. That was really great."

"I've worked for Carl Zeiss since 2011. It is a visionary company with outstanding medical devices that making a impact in lives around the world. The Dublin location is spacious and for the most part the working environment is above average. Some of the challenges involve managing still from counterpart in Germany verses those here in America. Slow, outdated, back office system (CRM, ERP, etc). Not much offered in the terms of advancement or career development in several departments. Work/family balance is good, could improve on interactions between customers and company."
