"Carl Zeiss has a very structured environment. There are SOP's for most every process. These documents are changed or updated on an on-going growth, process and review. Emphasis is placed on your following these processes to the letter."

"There seems to be some discrepancy about process in Germany and process in USA. This could be more defined. This might have been resolved by now as this was early in the merger."
