"I've worked for Carl Zeiss since 2011. It is a visionary company with outstanding medical devices that making a impact in lives around the world. The Dublin location is spacious and for the most part the working environment is above average. Some of the challenges involve managing still from counterpart in Germany verses those here in America. Slow, outdated, back office system (CRM, ERP, etc). Not much offered in the terms of advancement or career development in several departments. Work/family balance is good, could improve on interactions between customers and company."
