"I've worked for Carl Zeiss since 2011. It is a visionary company with outstanding medical devices that making a impact in lives around the world. The Dublin location is spacious and for the most part the working environment is above average. Some of the challenges involve managing still from counterpart in Germany verses those here in America. Slow, outdated, back office system (CRM, ERP, etc). Not much offered in the terms of advancement or career development in several departments. Work/family balance is good, could improve on interactions between customers and company."

"What I didn't like about the company, was that they decided to eliminate my position due to the fact they no longer needed it."

"None. As for the lead supervisor, the company needs to place him in another position within the company. He has very poor performance."
