After completing the application the management contacted me the day after just before I intended to contact them. They set up an interview for the following week, during the interview they extended an offer which I accepted. The hiring manager started me two days later and ever since then, the team works hard to accommodate me, help me be successful, and make sure I not only feel welcome but know that I am a member of the team. We all get along very well, communicate well, and work as an efficient team. I feel very fortunate to have found the company and while there is no company that's completely perfect, this is one of the best companies I have ever worked for."

"Just that if your going to tell people that they can advance don't give them false hope, and false things to work for."

"I didn't get moved up as promised. Or I would have stayed. I got skipped over a few times and I always did 110% worth of work. I had employee of the month 7 times in a year. But still nothing."

"They just need to communicate more. They all need to be on the same page as each other."
