"Just that if your going to tell people that they can advance don't give them false hope, and false things to work for."

"I didn't get moved up as promised. Or I would have stayed. I got skipped over a few times and I always did 110% worth of work. I had employee of the month 7 times in a year. But still nothing."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They just need to communicate more. They all need to be on the same page as each other."
