"Be familiar with and QA oriented. These characeristics would suit the position well."
What don't you like about working at Capital Group?
"I didn't realize I would not assimilate to the area. As I have traveled alot this never entered my mind. Also I am being asked to do and be more of a QA person than sanitation with out consideration to the workload I already have. Learning I enjoy, being put into a position to fail I disagree with."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hire a person with a small young family that can appreciate a very small, family oriented, child friendly community. This type of individual would love it here."
