"CACI afforded me the opportunity to excel as a database developer with minimal experience where other companies required years and years of experience. This is what I appreciate about CACI. As for contracting, I would rather grow with a company for a long period of time versus changing contracts when the contract time runs out. Currently, there are many contracts ending and some restarting."
"Interesting work; poor tools; difficult to advance; security clearance is very important."
"An employee is valued only for the duration of the contract."
"The company is fine as long as you have work that is billable to a client. If the contract you are working under is lost, there is 0% leeway in keeping you paid between assignments."
"I have worked for CACI for 10 years and it is a very good company to work for."
"CACI was a great company to work for and I am sorry when they were not included in the G6 trojan contract."
"Great company, I am just not in a great position/job with them at this time."
"My manager is horribly rude and has a serious lack of communication skills. CACI did not bother to keep myself or other co-workers up to date for contracts. When the contracts end they pick their favorites and try to get them reassigned. The rest of us, they throw in a resume bank and leave you to rot! The pay is even worse, they offered me 25k under what the average for the salary was. Stay as far away from this company as possible!"
"I have worked for CACI for 4 years and have been able to work on my education. If you are happy with the pay you start with and not moving up, you will like CACI. It is a company that gets its work from government contracts, and this can make it hard to be stable in the job or to gain better pay and position."
"I have worked for CACI since December 2006 and for the most part have been a great company to work for. They are a strong IT solutions company with outstanding customer service with many returning customers. One negative thing that I can say about CACI is that, they are a big company, and the relationships with employees can get impersonal."
