"CACI afforded me the opportunity to excel as a database developer with minimal experience where other companies required years and years of experience. This is what I appreciate about CACI. As for contracting, I would rather grow with a company for a long period of time versus changing contracts when the contract time runs out. Currently, there are many contracts ending and some restarting."

When the contracts end they pick their favorites and try to get them reassigned. The rest of us, they throw in a resume bank and leave you to rot! The pay is even worse, they offered me 25k under what the average for the salary was. Stay as far away from this company as possible!"

"Can be political, which is never good."

"CACI, Inc. is a great place to work. They recognize those who have demonstrated the CACI credo by way of bonuses, etc. I believe they have valued my strong work ethic and attention to detail that I provide on a daily basis."

"The only tip I can provide is that relocation is necessary."

What don't you like about working at CACI?

"Nothing except they are slowly relocating to Aberdeen, MD. I have chosen to remain in NJ."

"Nothing. Management is great. I have worked with all the different groups at CACI and they are team players."

"It's a very close knit corporate culture where most do care for one another."

"Be prepared to maximize your starting salary if an offer is made."

"The salary is not very competitive as compared with other competitors."

"I don't really have any suggestions except for rewarding employees with better compensation."

"I do not enjoy the choice of rx insurance. Medco is not my first choice."

"I have no complaints to management at this time. I wish my contract was not ending with CACI."
