Not considered a leader in innovative technology, so if leading IT is your desire, then you would need to migrate away from the company at some point. What do you like about working at CACI?

"Indoor work, holidays and weekends off, writing and editing. Not overly eventful."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Find out all you can about the customer. CACI is great, but you'll have most of your contact with the customer's people."

What don't you like about working at CACI?

"I needed more guidance from my manager and had trouble getting it. The customer didn't value us at all."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I had little trouble with CACI, but I was contracted out to the US Army. The customer was a different story."
