"I had a great experience at C-Span networks, I had a chance to work along side experience professionals and to collaborate with them on many projects in the area of information technology. In addition, I was responsible for the design of the 2008 C-Span Education website."

What do you like about working at C-SPAN?

"At C-Span I had the chance to work in an information technology team. We discussed projects and found solutions to these projects. I had a chance to work projects independently. And the entire work atmosphere was friendly. This I valued most of all because it made the jobs easier knowing the workers were supportive and friendly."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"For the most part anyone interning at this company should be prepared to learn new technologies and where other hats as with most jobs."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management should be flexible and one should be ready to make hard and credible decisions."
