"Money controls every decision, which stifles creativity and long-range planning."

"I would keep the clients away from the engineers/developers and force them to work through a filter/liaison."

"Sandoz is a high paced, quality oriented company. I would tell others interviewing for a position at Sandoz to be prepared to highlight those qualities. Also be prepared to talk about previous experience working in a team setting."

"There is not much I don't like about Sandoz, but I feel the training program is lacking consistency and effectiveness."

"We haven't upgraded our major CRM systems since the 1980's and there is no time or money set aside for encouraging employees to have fun and get away from their desks."

"Stop wasting time and money trying to fix outdated technology. Invest in new technology and stop making people waste their time accounting for every last thing they do. Focus on fun and creativity."
