"I've worked for the company since 2011 in a number of different roles. They have a good work life balance which is really amazing for young working families to have access to. They do a lot to try to give back to the community, which I appreciate. It is not without fault, though. I wish our healthcare was better, being that we work for a healthcare company. They should let us be the voice of the company and express how happy we are with our healthcare instead of letting employees feel like we aren't important."
