"I enjoy the patients. I appreciate that what I am doing for them makes a difference. I like the staff and environment. I love the health coverage."

What don't you like about working at CenterLight Healthcare?

"I don't like the union contract. I don't like that management doesn't appreciate their staff. I don't like that management doesn't work with you. I don't like that I have performed my best for the past 5 years and have not been recognized for it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I'd appreciate if management worked directly with staff. I'd like it if management gave opportunities for growth with in the company for those who have earned it."
