"I don't like the union contract. I don't like that management doesn't appreciate their staff. I don't like that management doesn't work with you. I don't like that I have performed my best for the past 5 years and have not been recognized for it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I'd appreciate if management worked directly with staff. I'd like it if management gave opportunities for growth with in the company for those who have earned it."
