"Don't do it -- they may relocate you but they might lay you off the nxt month. Seriously."

"HORRIBLE ONGOING LAYOFFS have everyone sick -- you never know when they will hit (all the f-ing time, I am not kidding). Some of the leaders are terrible. They are so behond the times and focused on covering their butts/staying safe rather than admitting what they don't know and letting others do their best work."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Simply: get a clue, there is so much BS and incompetency. The good ones leave."

"Corporate Managers and IT specialist didn't know how to handle this kind of Government Service contracts. Easily fired people."

"I enjoyed the work environment and the pay."

"I would ask a future employee how do they feel about their family. I feel if a person cares about their family, they will care about the job."

"I was unhappy that FedEx was unable to accommodate me a temporary leave of absence so that I could complete my degree requirements for college."

"I would suggest that managers make their employees feel that they have both the company and employee's best interest at heart."

"The company is not keeping up with the changes in the industry and thus is failing."

"Hired by Artisan Components Inc, the company grew in period of 3 months by 25%, they were spending money for employee recreation, gym and personal trainer."
