"No suggestions, it's hard for small company like this to offer benefits"

"Prepare well for the interview. Do a lot of cases. Make sure you understand the position and know that it is what you want."

"That I can help customers. They come in for a service and I help provide them with something they need and fit it into their lives."

"Its a great company to work for if under the right management."
What don't you like about working at Western Dental Centers?
"Regional doesn't appreciate you. Even if you work as hard as you can. She might say it goes un notice all the hard work you do, but the way she actually treats you is completely different. Also that there really is no open door policy. You can not really ask for vacation or time off in advance, because it seems like they get upset with you and treat you differently."

"The employees and the professionalism were excellent, for the most part. The pay was good as well."

"UPS is a different company now. Beware of the union and the contract. Know it well."

"I didn't like the inflexibility to perform my job, given certain constraints due to union contracts."

"Listen to your front line supervisors. Sometimes what works in one area of the company does not work in another."

"I did not like my regional manager because she would take credit for my ideas."

"I would give people recognition for what they do and ideas they have. It would still make you look good just for picking good people to work for you."

"I enjoy the interaction with the employees as well as the customers. I love working with people and making a difference. I am not afraid of the deadlines to get things done and am very organized."
What don't you like about working at UPS?
"The company is not conducive to having children with hours I work. I also used to feel that the people were important to the company but am not getting that impression anymore."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I think there can be a unity between management and employees. Employees want to feel important and that their opinion is important. You can still get results with proper communication and listening."
