"Continue to improve on teaching materials available to use, allow more days to to teach more groups."
What do you like about working at AT&T?
"I was in the Global Accounts division (I managed the business relationship between AT&T and their largest customers). With the stresses of the commoditization of voice products, it created a great opportunity for an entrepreneurial approach. AT&T was open to that. The benefits were outstanding, and AT&T had an incredible training program."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Learn their acronyms as quickly as possible!"
What don't you like about working at AT&T?
"The corporate culture was intransigent. They had recruited me to help change the culture in the San Francisco area, because they recognized they needed new perspectives. But AT&T battled with their former incumbent-mentality culture, replete with acronyms, etc."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"AT&T needs to focus more on expanding its corporate cultural base, because they depend on revenue from a very broad range of sources."

"Nothing except I had extensive travel throughout the west from Texas to Hawaii. But I was a road warrior and was used to it and enjoyed my customers!"

"It's a large company, so its ability to be nimble for the client is a bit slow."

"Think like a start-up when dealing with your clients. The environment today dictates that we do whatever it takes to help the client reach their goals so long as it makes good business sense."
