"Nothing to hate about being a market intelligence analyst. In fact I love the job, it exposes me to the market and helps me in learning new trends across the industries and markets."
"I love it because it is challenging and truly a position that not just anyone can perform well in. There is always something needing attention that challenges someone to find a solution that is not always simple and obvious. It is very competitive and you are truly one of the sharks in the tank, so to speak. I do not like the fact though that the position is limited by being more reactive rather than proactive. This causes a lot of unrequired stress that in the long run does inhibit the productivity of the company as a whole. As the Director the employees do not understand why I can't just make things happen and make the decisions needed to make things easier. I think they forget that I have bosses too!"

"Long working hours and hectic work schedule can be tough at times."

"Xicom Technologies is going on a right track but it is equally important to maintain that level."

"I dislike the lack of compensation and limited growth opportunities."

"My suggestion would be to increase marketing budget to improve the overall strategy and to offer bonuses for performance to recruit and retain the most competitive staff."

"Young coworkers, good incentives (leaving at 1 on Fridays for meeting quota), impromptu happy hours, not completely micromanaged"

"Recruiters and trainers are VERY good at selling the position and making you excited about it. Do not believe them and do not take the job unless you're content with a low base salary and not a lot of opportunity to make commission."
What don't you like about working at InnerWorkings?
"It is impossible to make money here based on the commission structure unless you get extremely lucky. When there are deals, no one knows what is going on and trying to find answers is very difficult. The trouble is not worth the payout. Work hours are strict 8-5 and it's like we're in a cage all day with no flexibility."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Offer flex scheduling...people don't all work the same during the same hours and flexibility is always nice"

"It is a strong, technologically advanced company with great people to work with. They are able to provide great training and motivation to all team members."

"Make sure to ask strong questions about the strategic goals of local area branches. Ask interviewers what separates the top branches form the struggling ones."
What don't you like about working at Wells Fargo?
"There are constant managerial changes. While many were promoted, there seemed to be, at times, the inability to prove your strong work ethic and knowledge with such constant changes."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Seek greater input on where employees wish to be down the road. Such evaluations can be made yearly and thus give employees tools to achieve changes, promotions, and even lateral moves."
