"Four different managers with 6 different marketing programs in eleven months. No clear defined direction making it very difficult to achieve success."

"Low compensation, high level of incompetency in mangement and at the corp. office. Does not consider the Sales force as the driving force behind the company"

"Liten to the sales force, we are at the pulse of things. Stop rewarding incompetency, in Cleveland, with promotions ( Peter Principle). Promote from within and stop hiring from outside the industry."

"There are too many managers that aren't on the same page. Training is a nightmare. Each manager tells you to do things a different way."
