"Be very wary of what they offer. There is a very good chance they will be going under soon, and sometimes they hire people to get a short spike in business and then lay them off without telling them beforehand."

"They were not stable, and I was lied to about my role and their future outlook."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They badly need new management, but I would tell them to make sure employees know what they are getting into before you hire them."
