"It would appear to me that without good communication skills, specifically in writing, your chances of success are prohibitive."

"There was very little opportunity of ever being promoted to senior management if you were not Japanese and you were not living in Japan with a short period of time whereby they would send people over from Japan to work in the United States for a few years and then return to Japan with a better working knowledge of how to more effectively sell, market and advertise their products which were designed for the American market.a."

"None, as I have not worked there in years."

"Assisting customers when purchasing goods with all aspects of processing orders through finalizing payment. The multI tasking of purchasing and moving goods from US , Japan vendors to their final location in South America and Carribbean locations."

"maybe trying to get more markets."

"don't do it... you are in for the worst workplace you'd ever find"

"too much office politics, departments don't communicate/work well, no career advancement unless you find the right management person to kiss up to"

"Get rid of those wasted resources........most except for one or two persons don't know what they are doing"
