"At the time, they had very leading edge products and their name recognition was much stronger that it is today."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"It would appear to me that without good communication skills, specifically in writing, your chances of success are prohibitive."
What don't you like about working at Brother International?
"There was very little opportunity of ever being promoted to senior management if you were not Japanese and you were not living in Japan with a short period of time whereby they would send people over from Japan to work in the United States for a few years and then return to Japan with a better working knowledge of how to more effectively sell, market and advertise their products which were designed for the American market.a."
