"NEVER EVER WORK THERE. Broadview Networks will be dedicated to making your life miserable, just like they do to customers."

What don't you like about working at Broadview Networks?

"They are really not accommodating to anyone INCLUDING CUSTOMERS. It was an experience I don't wish for my enemies."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Shape up or ship out. Let the customer service reps take care of the customers in a nicer fashion."

"It started out great with high potential. Most employees want to succeed, see company grow and do well."

"Focus on taking direction and reliability as an employee but DO NOT suggest improvements. It's their way or the highway, so to speak. And watch out for February. That's been layoff month for past 4 years."

What don't you like about working at Broadview Networks?

"Company has outsourced most of it's work and depleted (laid off) local staff which was always their biggest asset yet Senior Management has not changed in 10 years."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Executive Management is a tight inner circle with very little contact with employees. Everyone used to know President & VPs but newer staff wouldn't recognize them if they passed them every day."

"There is limited room for growth within the company and current downsizing does not suggest room for a better salary structure."

"The team that I work for is really good. Aside from that the company promotes camaraderie and team spirit using community events, birthdays, important holidays etc. You cant complain if you know what you are doing"

"It all depends on the hiring manager. When I interviewed I was not asked any technical questions, but there was more focus on the personality and the ability to express yourself about previous work experiences. Its important to know that you cannot bluff your way through because you will be on probation the first three months"

What don't you like about working at Broadview Networks?

"401 k benefits could have been better, since the company does not contribute. No contribution from the company for Flexible spending accounts. Life insurance could be better"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Company contribution to 401k would be greatly appreciated. also there is no flexible spending account. Company provided life insurance is meager compared to the rest of the industry."
