"No Job Security, for someone fairly new to the industry, should not have the expectations of someone who is more tenured. Should be more of a learning curve. If products are not available, and service is not reliable, it is a tough sell."

"Have all of uppermanagement and members of NON sales perform the daily duties of a new rep starting from scratch. It will change your out look."

"Good place to learn. In my opionion this company is good to work for 2 year tops. Then take the knowledge you have and take it to another company that will compensate you for that knowledge."

"Last comment was right on! Network outages frequently and Customer Service really needs help. Not only does this all affect a salesperson's relationship with customers, but makes it difficult to bring on new customers. Bad news spreads quicker than good."

"No. The above line says it all."

What don't you like about working at Broadview Networks?

"Lots and lots of pressure. While they fail to recognize that their many departments need overhauling, they put blame and pressure on the salespeople. Micro Management is a real big thing!"

"Fix what needs to be fixed internally. You'll never get more customers if the existing ones aren't serviced properly because everybody knows everybody else. Stop pressuring Salespeople to an outrageous extent!"

"a little disorganised, customer service need reall improvement, network outages happens often and it affect your relationship with customers, some managers just aren't born to be ones."

"find a good manager and interview to be in his team. be ready to walk in the city. be ready to tell customer you sold to to call customer service if they have an issue since you will have lot;s of them some times."

"commission is good comapre to other company in the telecom industry,. they sell a good variety of product and services. office in NY not bad, good location."

"icentive your customer service employee more. and be a bit more generous in your base to attract the better reps out there. it's a good investment."
