"No Leadership! The company has gone through 3 different CEO's in the past 4 years. All senior staff has left or have been laid off. There is no communication between the business and working staff. HR is a mess! Bonuses and Serverances where reduced substantially to those who worked 5+ years. Used to be a great company to work for, now its a nightmare."
"Once an impressive company. Now cut down to constant restructuring and outsourcing. 3 CEO’s in the past 3 years. Lean staff working outrageous hours on multiple projects that either stall due to lack of knowledge or just simply there is no one left to run them. Big shame."
