"No Leadership! The company has gone through 3 different CEO's in the past 4 years. All senior staff has left or have been laid off. There is no communication between the business and working staff. HR is a mess! Bonuses and Serverances where reduced substantially to those who worked 5+ years. Used to be a great company to work for, now its a nightmare."

Individual effort, results and customer success certainly don’t seem to matter anymore."
