1.7Employees (and even non-executive management for that matter) are only ever viewed as expendable resources in Brightstar. Many individuals in this company have sacrificed personal life, relationships and health only to be discarded like old rags when they fall out of favor with the latest cronies or don’t tow the new company line (whatever that might be on the particular day). Individual effort, results and customer success certainly don’t seem to matter anymore.
4In my current role, I programmed extensively using C#, HTML5, ASP, Silverlight, Telerik Controls, Javascript, Jquery, AngularJs and KnockoutJs.
Leveraged Bootstrap, CSS3 , Expression Blend for styling to improve user experience throughout. Developed the application in a typical sophisticated SOA environment, performing responsibility of developing WCF RIA service, WEB Services,WCF Services. Developed various web applications following design patterns like MVC , MVVM.
3.7I have worked at Brightstar for 7 years. I started out in our customer care department and with a determination to grow, I quickly moved up to our IT Compliance Department. I have learned a lot and want to continue on a growing path. Current leadership changes and hiring/promotion freezes limit the ability for growth for many employees. With the frequent changes, it is unclear what direction the company is going, but I still remain positive and focused.
