What do you like about working at Boston Scientific?
"My work at Boston Scientific was a contract. It was an interesting experience, and the work I did there was rewarding in that it helped raise some issues the company was having with quality and to bring everyone together to help solve the problem, or prevent further product quality issues that impact the bottom line."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My contract ended 5 years ago, I have been freelancing since. So much may have changed in that time so I don't know what I think is relevant anymore."
"Company was a learning experience in which I designed/developed production equipment. I was happy that I was able to accomplish many equipments for the growth of the company."

"Good clean location, the people were great and all the types of projects which I had to design."

"Be honest and remember to keep focus on the sub-rounding of the company. Help all persons to be active with their goals."
What don't you like about working at Boston Scientific?
"The company moving to Mexico and then Costa Rica. There were a few persons that only cared about themselves."

"Listen to co-workers and be a real person. If you treat people with respect, the harder they will work for you."

"For the most part I work with people that I have worked with at another company. I know that I can count on them as team members to complete complex jobs."
What don't you like about working at Boston Scientific?
"They are not open to different ideas on how to get tasks completed."
What do you like about working at Boston Scientific?
"I did not work at BSC Corporate, but instead worked at the Watertown location. I liked the fact that the company was the leader in its field at that time and the stock was constantly growing. It made me proud to be part of that success."
