"Bose as a company needs to accept more employee input and promote from within. I sold huge systems for them and was passed over time and time again because I didn't drink the Koolaid. Koolaid drinkers with no college education who claimed a Wave radio is capable of DD 5.1 got national promotions."

"There was not a set weekly schedule."

"The management was great so my suggestions would be for them to have a consistency of production."
