"Some really nice folks work there. Work there was not hard, with a 9 to 5 atmosphere. Benefits were good."

"Pace is slow, if this is what you are looking for, then good... but this is bad for the company."

What don't you like about working at Bose?

"Too slow to get anything done. No org charts - nobody knows who does what. Very bureaucratic. Advanced degrees needed to progress. Some pompous MIT and Georgia Tech Engineers. Too many lifers, with little outside experience... thus can be stuffy and old fashioned."

"Need fresh blood and leadership with s sense of urgency focused on change, efficiencies, and making a buck!"

"Do it for the inside education but keep looking for something with quality and substance in mind over marketing and hype."

"Bose as a company needs to accept more employee input and promote from within. I sold huge systems for them and was passed over time and time again because I didn't drink the Koolaid. Koolaid drinkers with no college education who claimed a Wave radio is capable of DD 5.1 got national promotions."
