"The availabilty to learn new programs and equipment; concern for my safety and quick response to correct problems in the plant; communication on how the business is doing. They allow diversity in all areas. I was one of the three female technicians in the maintenance department."

"I did not like working third shift. But I did for 4 years. which did cause me to use my creative engineering skills."

"No. I left this company in 1996, and I don't know how this company is operating since I left."

"I can't say that I don't like something, I was happy to work at that company,but in general, this plant didn't make any profit, and after one year, this team including a plant, was downsized."
