"The availabilty to learn new programs and equipment; concern for my safety and quick response to correct problems in the plant; communication on how the business is doing. They allow diversity in all areas. I was one of the three female technicians in the maintenance department."

"You should stick the question and do not ramble."

What don't you like about working at BorgWarner?

"I did not like working third shift. But I did for 4 years. which did cause me to use my creative engineering skills."

"I suggest to keep training open to all employee that want to cross train and continue to be fair in hiring and terminating."
