"Boeing is a great company and has tremendous opportunity for someone fresh out of College. Especially in the Engineering roles, they have an aging staff and the company is in dire need of "new blood" for the future of the company's success. Many of those aging Engineers are also highly motivated to groom younger employees. It's a good time to start a career there."

"The upper management, does not tell you the real stuff, they just say what they want you to know."

"They should stop being two faced and tell every body the true stuff."
