"Great job. A good place to work. They really like to teach their employees"
"I've worked for Boeing for a little over a year as an engineer. I've experienced positive aspects in terms of learning and growth opportunities but have struggled with the level of bureaucracy and lack of organization or clear job role designations."
"Boeing is an excellent company to work at if you are young, energetic, and motivated to succeed."
"Good collaboration and communication. Process heavy due to scale. Emphasis on due diligence and process improvement."
"Large learning environment"
"This company was outstanding in its communication and support of its employees. I found the work challenging and rewarding. I will miss the work and relationships I built."
"Challenging, but worth it to be part of a large corporation."
"I've worked at this company for a year. It has a high value on safety and integrity."
"Boeing is a great company to work for."
"Boeing pays well, but your quality of work-life will depend heavily on your work assignment and your manager. Much of the middle management (2nd level to the director) are disconnected from their teams and stuck in 20-30 hours of unproductive meetings per week. Additionally, advances in management are, despite having “competitive” interviews, dependent on who you know. The vast majority of senior management promotions are picked before the interview process, making that process a waste of time and a sham. Yet, due to many great people at the contributor level, airplanes still get built."
