"Boeing has a great worklife balance perfect for those with a family, everyone is also very friendly. The downside to the company is that everything is down fairly slowly and nothing seems to be urgent. The non-aerospace technologies tend to be more outdated and software processes are not up to par compared to other industries."

They're working on updating the aesthetics, but it's a slow process as well."

The company is a huge conglomerate of several disciplines, from manufacturing to chemical engineering, passing through so many others. In general, the feel was that being a company so big, the organization was poor and it could be further improved. When you are so big and have so much responsibility, there are things that should not be overlooked. I believe this could be the root of the cause for some of the problems they are facing today."
