"The management Kent Bus is a great boss. The service writers are grat guys to work with. Minus the performing Kevin if he's still there ,we did not see eye to eye on anything."

"Get everything in writing."

What don't you like about working at BMW?

"The management lacks any comprehensive plan to move forward. BMW is like working at a company that is really 40 different companies that are all doing things different. My superiors were fearfull of change and as a result failed to adapt to our customers needs as they adopted new procedures. Our department went from 80 to 15 in about 8 months."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Do your job. Get serious and cut the people who are in the way."
