"I worked a graveyard shift at the BMW plant and sleeping during the daytime was not compatible wiht me internal clock."

"BMW adopted advanced techniques and applied the theories of Just-in-Time and Total Quality Management, therefore; there were hardly any suggestions to have besides continuous improvement and adoption of the proven benchmarked processes."

"employees are Not valued and reminded daily! You are not compensated $ for what you do,frankly you are paid based on how they feel. No harmony within company.Its a dictatorship run facility(my way or the highway)if you don't agree you can work elsewhere."

MIKE MAURO WILL PROMISE YOU ANYTHING TO GET YOU THEN WILL START TAKING AWAY ALL THE THINGS THAT WERE PROMISED. THEY SAY NO BUT THAT IS THERE MODUS OPERENDI . LISTEN TO THOSE THAT WERE THERE."

What don't you like about working at BMW?
"The General manager of my branch is a liar and is all about himself. Watch out for his forked tongue and broken promises. Also the owners do not care about the customer nor their employees. I worked there for 5 years and in that time 6 different General Managers, 10 different service directors, and 9 different used car managers and 7 new car managers. Not to mention NO Repeat Customers."
