"Once was a great place to work. When I started I carried the proud from my father who retired there. He bragged on the place when I was a kid. Now they want speed in the place of quality."

"most of the engineers do not have education/ Degrees which made difficult to communicate technically."

"Hire engineers with degrees and make policies to improve people cooperation in terms of documentations and sharing such info. People hide information for job security purpose and they are proud of it!!"
