Pay is very good, but you will definitely earn it in terms of hours and aggravation. There is absolutely no loyalty to the employees and managers will sacrifice you at a moments notice if that's what it takes to make them look good. They will do anything to save a buck of initial expense without considering the overall cost of those decisions."
