However, the 'more with less' corporate mentality makes it extremely difficult to successfully meet the consistently high standards, and executives are more frequently recruited from the outside, rather than promoted from the inside. Work/life balance and overall company morale leave something to be desired. Decent compensation and bonus structure. Good benefits and PTO."

Managers only get an annual raise and my current one for a good review was less than 1k a year, around 40 cents. While employees can get biannual raises at 65 cents per review. There are employees and just employees that make more than me that have for only a couple more years just because of that fact."
