"Unless you have NO other choice, refuse this position. You will be locked in for a year and a half after accepting and will want out after a month and a half but need to pay a 10K fee to leave early."

"Sometimes I did not enjoy the travel. There was a lot of work to do after work."

"Provided concrete goals that a person must take to get promoted. If she/he completes those steps, in the proper timeframe, promote them."
