"Be extremely prepared and committed to excellence. Beckman will not wait on your success. If you are successful it is the best company in my experience to be a part of."

"They were in a state of acquisition with Couter in 1997-98. When the sales forces merged I was the odd man out in Bosotn since other Beckman and Couter reps had more seniority and I was onlt there 18 months."

"Keep doing what you have been doing for 60 years. Sometimes things don't work out for individuals but they benefit significantly from the Beckman experience."
