"Be patient. It does take some time to get the interviewing and paperwork started. Be and dress professional. Have knowledge of the company before interview. Be prepared to have a panel interview."

"I liked new career challenge and the selling aspect since it was my first sales job. I like the entraprenual aspect of the job and controlling my own destiny."

"if you are a manager be willing to assist in excelling and groom sales rep if they are interested in management especially if there is potential."

"At that time I was away from my family more than I would have liked. The kids are grown now."

"Should have more interaction with the Staff, sometimes you felt that some of management was not approachable."
