"Couldn't tell clearly from my vantage point, but it appeared as though CB had plans of further 'waist tightening' & the vision was less than clear at the top (wherever that is)."

"Concentrate on your markets of strength, & support & strengthen them. Additional opportunities will surface because of those directional efforts, which can be evaluated on their own merits, & how they will contribute to the future of both the company & their respective customer base."

"That I was given the challenging occupations, solving production problems, mainly troubleshooting to identify faulty components, participated in RR investigations, work with engineering to improve procedures."

"I don't work there anymore, I was laid off, due to plant closure."

"It was a job. There was very little to like from management executives. Most of the people were good to work with, but there was an atmosphere of depends on who you know."

"Avoid if possible, don't plan on long term as long as the current senior staff is there."

"It was way too political and the executives are out of touch with the employees."

"Beckman Coulter has great cultural work environment and leadership. I was fortunate to work on many different projects and business needs. It is great company to work for and I would highly recommend. Beckman Coulter has good benefit for their employee. I have learned many new technologies and my career has advanced. If Fullerton plant is not closing then I would be still working at Beckman Coulter."

"I have no comments or complaints or suggestions.Great company to work for."

"I wish Fullerton Plant was not closed or if they would have transferred all projects to Brea site. But no complaint."
