"Nobody will actually listen to or care what the employees have to say."

What don't you like about working at BayCare Health System?

"They tolerate lazy workers that don't give 100%. Which means that the workers who do give 100% then have to do the work of 2 people because the management is too scared to either does not see what is happening in her own department or is too afraid to discipline these workers. So that is how it then falls on the other workers to do the jobs of 2 people."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Better health insurance and salary. Actual breaks and lunch breaks working a 12.5 hour shift would be nice! Then they wonder why we have food or drinks on our desk. Its due to the fact that we don't get breaks or lunch breaks. We dont even have time to run to the restroom/break room without our phones ringing with doctors yelling where are we!!!! We've all gone 12.5 hr shifts without restroom/lunch breaks. I find this intolerable."

What do you like about working at BayCare Health System?

"I enjoy the culture here the most. I am particularly fond of the way Mr. Mason is trying to gather all the facilities as one family. It is a difficult process that he is persistent is completing. It will make BayCare a stronger and more financially stable company. I like the idea of something I can count on form my employer."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be honest, Be yourself and Be secure in who you are."

What don't you like about working at BayCare Health System?

"The low pay. I know my job is a new position. My experience and knowledge should be rewarded in a higher salary, especially these days."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to everyone around you. You can learn something from the 'little guys' on up to senior management. higher pay wages will keep you employees dedicated and not always looking for something that pays better. Better pay does not mean a better job. Better pay in a job and company enjoy makes the company more profitable!"
