When one is to make claims about employee benefits, work/life balance, reward and recognition, don't provide lip service. just as employees are required to walk the walk. Don't say one thing and direct another throughout an entire organization and then wonder what's wrong.
Baycare recently took over this hospital. As soon as they took over, they did the song and dance of how great it was. Baycare immediately cut our pay, cut weekend pay/hours, and also cut holidays. Already the lowest paying hospital in the county before Baycare took over, now worse than ever. The insurance is also a huge rip off. Just dumped spouse life insurance. Work environment poor. Always running out of supplies. It's a DUMP. Run like the wind and go somewhere else.
Better health insurance and salary. Actual breaks and lunch breaks working a 12.5 hour shift would be nice! Then they wonder why we have food or drinks on our desk. Its due to the fact that we don't get breaks or lunch breaks. We dont even have time to run to the restroom/break room without our phones ringing with doctors yelling where are we!!!! We've all gone 12.5 hr shifts without restroom/lunch breaks. I find this intolerable.
