What do you like about working at Baxter International?

"I loved the culture this company produced for the employees. Every business group acted and felt like a family at all levels. There was an open door policy with all personel and with other business groups. I myself spent as much as 10-15 hours per day at Allegiance and liked it so much I even came in on the weekends."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Have fun. Everyone I worked with and interviewed with loved what they did and had fun through out my interview."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"When I worked I Allegiance they had and enforced an open door policy and any suggestions were given during my employment."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Baxter's IT moves very slowly and requires a lot of documentation due to FDA requirements. This is not a shop for cowboys but those that like a slow pace and are meticulous will enjoy Baxter."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Improve training incentives for employees. Implement information security best practices. Up grade legacy systems.Provide test and performance labs to the IT staff for testing patches, upgrades and fixes."

"Once the company hires somebody the management needs to trust them, let them show their ability, do not waste time to block their work due to not qualification."
