"Consistency. Not too many surprises as far as day to day responsibilities. Although I don't mind new ideas or projects that make the job more interesting, I'd prefer for more spontaneous activities to pertain to my personal life."

"Being expected to do more and more and more and more, once a higher up finds out your abilities. I'm far from lazy and don't mind doing more than my fair share, however, work and business is just that, therefore, compensation should be taken into consideration."

"Don't apply pressure where it isn't needed. Efforts, growth, progress and quality of work are trampled on by reminding employees that they are under many eyes and that stress is not needed when you're simply trying to perform the best you can."
