"Dont be afraid to talk about your accomplishments. They doa great job of hiring outside of the banking industry so if you do not have banking experience dont view that as a negative."

"Be creative and make sure you get trained as soon as you are hired on. It took three months to get me into training which put me at a big disadvantage"

"My suggestions for management would be to utilize all of your resources and not to spend all of your time at work. A balance is truly just as important for yourself as well as for your team."

"The 90 Day Banking Center Manager College Program was excellent! I had no prior banking experience, but completed the course successfully, and was prepared to manage my own branch."

"Be yourself. They look for Spirit in every associate, and letting your true personality shine will win them over."

"As the economy got worse the focus was more on Sales, and less on Service."
