"residential tech support from India was getting worse by the day; phone techs were inadequately trained to keep up with techs in the field; refused to learn!!"

"stop dell from charging people fro stateside tech support; train phone techs better and hold them to same standards as field techs!!"

"Lot of traveling, seeing new places, helping folks out. Very relaxed environment, almost setting one's own schedule. Great team to work with."

"Had to use own car, 3K miles/Month... Oof. Mileage rate was less than 1/2 Federal minimum, and Katrina didn't help either."
