Well in my opinion, clean house of all your management that has been around for years. These are the people who dont care about the employees in the field. They are only concern with getting their bonuses and that's not exceptable in my opinion. The employees are the company and If you dont take care of them someone else will and that was and nowand still is the trend of this company.

2.1 I've worked for Banctec for over a year now, the company show a clear lack uncaring attitude for their employees, at least in the branch I work in. Not only must we use old and faulty equipment, we are all given more work than we can handle, forcing us to give up our days so we can work on the excess jobs. I would not recommend working for Banctec to anyone.
